The Call
Tell us what you're planning. We'll tell you straight whether we're the right builder for it — including when we're not. Our projects generally start around $50,000. If that's not where you are, we'll say so on the phone rather than waste three weeks of your time.

The Site Visit
We walk the space and align the plans with your expectations. With 30 years building experience, almost anything is possible — walls come out, beams go in, layouts change. This is the time the project concepts and ideas become a reality.

The Estimate
The estimate is comprised of all relevant line items. The goal is to set an achievable project scope and cost. If something changes once we're underway, it is discussed, priced, and agreed before we act on it — never after.

The Build
Every trade coordinated, every inspection passed, every finish detail executed to the standard the project demands.
PROJECT WARRANTY
Every project carries a 12-month warranty, and we check in at the one-year mark to make sure it's holding up.
We're currently back on a job we finished in 2013, sorting out a product that failed. The warranty on it is long gone. The commitment isn't.
